Interim Performance Review in HRMS
At the mid-point of each annual performance cycle, the Interim Review is an opportunity for supervisors and their reports to discuss performance and goal progress. This year the Interim Review process should be completed by November 30th, 2012. Completion of the Interim Review includes a meeting with each employee on current job performance and the employee’s certification that a meeting occurred.
