Supervisory Training

Performance Navigation/Plan Creation Training Sessions (Updated 6/23/17)

If you or your unit would like further instruction on how to navigate the NinerTalent Performance Module or ask questions about what to include in your employee’s performance plan, join me for one of the Performance Navigation/Plan Creation Sessions in June or July.

Group Training

Review the training dates by clicking here.  Then schedule group training for your unit by contacting Paulette Russell at ext. 7-0660 or P.Douglas@uncc.edu

  • You must have at least 15 participants to request group training.  (You can combine with another organizational unit for the training if desired.)
  • Group training will be reserved on a first come first serve basis.
  • It will be the responsibility of the group requesting the training to ensure that a computer room with a projector is reserved to accommodate all participants.

 

Open-Swim Training Sessions

These sessions are designed for you to be able to walk-in between the scheduled training hours and get answers to questions you have on this training topic. 

Registration for this training will be taken so that the facilitator can anticipate how many participants there may be on any given day.
