The Human Resources Department has responsibility for:
- Developing and executing strategies, policies and programs to recruit, assist, motivate, develop, promote, compensate, reward, and retain the best qualified employees.
- As an adjunct to the item above, supporting continued University growth and focus on cultivating a workforce which reflects the diversity of the region.
- Identifying and providing students with meaningful, developmental on-campus employment opportunities.
- Facilitating through training, assessment and coordination, a safe environment for all members of the University community and visitors to work, study, live and recreate.
