Assists with analysis and facilitation of employment administration for EHRA staff and performance management projects and actions for all (EHRA and SHRA) staff.
Assists employees with complaints, grievances and other workplace issues. Assists supervisors with developing and issuing appropriate communications regarding performance expectations and feedback, including disciplinary actions. Coordinates and maintains various committees and forums dealing with employee relations issues (grievances, unlawful workplace harassment, etc.) and coordinates the staff mediation program. Supervises Employee Rewards and Recognition programs.
Responsible for researching and compiling statistics related to market availability of various job groups. Prepares reports, charts, and other materials designed to inform University managers and administrators of progress towards satisfying diversity goals. Prepares the University Affirmative Action Plans.
