Assists supervisors with developing and issuing appropriate communications regarding performance expectations and feedback, including disciplinary actions. Coordinates and maintains various committees and forums dealing with employee relations issues (grievances, unlawful workplace harassment, etc.) and coordinates the staff mediation program.  Supervises Employee Rewards and Recognition programs.
