The Employee Relations Office provides comprehensive services for both employees and managers/supervisors. Take a look at our current policies and programs:

Office staff provides counseling assistance to employees with complaints, concerns, grievances or other workplace issues while providing consultative advice/assistance to managers/supervisors with the development/issuance of appropriate communications as regards performance expectations and feedback, including disciplinary actions.
